Germany - Bielefeld to Cologne

The Cologne Cathedral reaches up over 150m to the top of its spire. The doors are around 6m high with its facade featuring many life-sized statues of religious figures all around the entrance. The whole building is very impressive. The cathedral was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1996.
